Had you spent much time in Atlanta before this trip? I lived in Atlanta for a lil bit when I was younger, and I would come up there for skate contests sometimes. Atlanta is tight, I got a bunch of homies out there. You grew up in Florida - did you and Clint skate together at all growing up? Yee, me and Clint been skating together for like 7 years. He’s been good as fuck for as long as I can remember. Honestly one of my favorite skaters, that’s my boy! Are there a lot of similarities between Florida and ATL? Hell yeah, they’re both humid as fuck. Florida is just really tropical, kinda like you’re on a island or some shit. ATL is more of like a country vibe, but it’s still a huge city. ATL is beast. Anything hectic go down on this trip? Some dude said we couldn’t be in his hood skating, and he threatened to come back with his gun or some shit. It was hectic, we dipped after that. Who fired up the session most? Clint and Alexis. Who did you room with? Alexis! That’s my broooooo! We both skate for DC so hopefully we get to go on more trips together. How was J-Brock as a tour guide? Had you ever met him before? I've never met him before the trip. He’s literally the best tour guide, he has spots lined up so we’re not driving around all day. And he let us stay at his crib. J-Brock is the shit. What does the phrase "Good Bus" mean? Can’t describe it. It’s a lifestyle. How would you describe a "Slight Chief"? Slight Chief is like when you do some wet shit, but like it’s not OD. Did the 80% humidity, 90 degree heat slow you down on this trip at all? Not really, honestly. I grew up in Florida so my body is damn near conditioned for the humid ass weather. Don’t get me wrong though, it was hot as fuck. We just had to man up and deal with it. What's next? Working on anything? Shit, working on a solo part right now, and then tryna get clips for the Element video. Where's the next place the Thunder Team should go? Euro Trip. When in doubt? Pinkies out.
